Reggie is currently the President of the New Zealand Talented Chef Exchange Association, the Director of Cuisine of Reggie (Beijing) Restaurant Management Co., Ltd, an external lecturer at Beijing Fengtai District Vocational Education Center. He has experience in opening restaurants and of working in 5 star hotels. From 2004-2013 Reggie lived and worked in New Zealand for 9 years, in restaurant such as Tiffany`s Fine Dining Restaurant and the Hotel Crowne Plaza in Christchurch. He has rich experience in New Zealand food and culture.
